For those focused on a specific event or milestone, we will work with you to develop a goal-specific coaching plan, tailored to your timeline.

Every goal is valid; no goal is too small or big. From running for ten minutes without stopping, to five kilometres, a marathon, trail races, or breaking through that next performance barrier.

As a general rule, the less you've run and the longer or further your goal, the longer your plan will be. Some indicative timeframes are highlighted below.

  • Eight-week coaching plan: For people new to running, this plan can prepare you for up to 5km or an equivalent running time. For regular runners, this plan can prepare you for any distance up to 10km. $125.00
  • Twelve-week coaching plan: For people new to running, this plan can prepare you for any distance up to 10km. For regular runners, this plan can prepare you for any distance up to a half-marathon (21.1km). $180.00
  • Sixteen-week coaching plan: For people new to running or those looking for extra training time, this plan can prepare you for 10km or longer. For regular runners, this plan can prepare you for a half-marathon or longer.  $230.00

All of our goal-specific coaching plans are charged upfront. These plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to our ongoing coaching support service, which can be purchased a month at a time or in pre-purchased bundles.

OVERVIEW

Initial consult

45-60 minute introductory online video meeting (via Microsoft Teams) to get to know you and your running goals. The new client form, sent to your email after booking confirmation, will form the basis of this introductory meeting.

Program delivery

Individualised running program provided through an online training platform that syncs to your devices (alternate formats are available; please let us know what works best for you).

Run distances, paces, and session types will be designed to fit with your availability, preferences, and any other activities in your routine. You can expect your program to incrementally progress to help you reach your running goals.

Additional features

Regular and ongoing reviews of your running progress, including:

  • A detailed plan, developed with you, to execute your goal or race.
  • Real-time feedback on runs completed via the online training platform.
  • Fortnightly 30-minute online video catchups to discuss your progress in more detail and adjust your running program if needed.
  • General advice and suggestions on all things running, with links to further resources and when to seek additional support.
  • Access to a social run club (Melbourne-based clients only).
