Initial consult
30-45 minute introductory online video meeting (via Microsoft Teams) to get to know you and your running goals. The new client form, sent to your email after booking confirmation, will form the basis of this introductory meeting.
Program delivery
Individualised running program provided through an online training platform that syncs to your devices (alternate formats are available; please let us know what works best for you).
Run distances, paces, and session types will be designed to fit with your availability, preferences, and any other activities in your routine. You can expect your program to incrementally progress to help you reach your running goals.
Additional features
Regular and ongoing reviews of your running progress, including:
- Real-time feedback on runs completed via the online training platform.
- 2 x 20-minute online video catch-ups to discuss your progress in more detail and adjust your running program if needed.
- General advice and suggestions on all things running, with links to further resources and when to seek additional support.
